PROTECTGARD warrants professionally sold and installed
PROTECTGARD brands of Non Reflective Professional automotive
type window film against peeling, cracking, delamination and
adhesive failure. This warranty coverage is valid for a period of two
(2) years from its original installation date.
for XG Films & five (5)Years
for NR Professional Films.
LIFE TIME PRODUCT WARRANTY (High Performance Professional film series)
PROTECTGARD warrants professionally sold and installed
PROTECTGARD brands of Professional High Performance
automotive type window film against peeling, cracking, delamination,
demetallization,adhesive failure and change of color to purple. This
warranty coverage is valid so long you own the car from the date of
its original installation.
TO MAKE A CLAIM
In the unlikely event film fails to comply under recommended use
within warranty period. The film would be replaced (labor & material)
with total claim limited to maximum invoice value of $200.00.
PROTECTGARD reserves the right to inspect film failure. This
warranty certificate is to be produced along with original bill of sale or
proof of installation together with the description of the defect to
Authorized dealer or send to directly warranty Department.
NOTE - SUN CONTROL, SAFETY, DECORATIVE FILMS
This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper care, improper installation, film installation that does not comply with state laws at the time of installation or any time in future or the law of the state where vehicle may be utilized. This warranty dose not cover glass breakage. This warranty coverage applies to quality of film product and does not installation performed by the dealer. PROTECTGARD expressly excludes/disclaims liability in any event for any loss or damages whether direct, special, punitive, consequential or incidental arising out of the use of, inability to use, or defect in product covered by this warranty. Except hereby excludes and disclaims any and all other express or implied warranties, including all warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS for a particular purpose. PROTECTGARD's liability under this warranty is replacement of film limited to maximum of Dollars Two Hundred only. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. |
